Cheryl helped us to buy a house in probably the worst buyers market. We were motivated buyers and she worked with us to show us the houses we wanted, one the weekends (as we were out of towners), and was able to quickly put in all offers. She let us know the different things we could adjust to make our offer more appealing to the buyers, and it only took two offers before we got a house!!!
