Anthony was recommended to me by my former agent who had retired from the business. He has an easy going demeanor and has deep expertise in his field. Anthony made the entire transaction very smooth and easy for me from beginning to end. Anthony walked me through the process of selling my condo and presented an estimated timeline of all the activities that needed to take place. He provided market analysis, trends, and recent sales in the general area. Anthony was very proactive and responsive. When preparing the condo for sale, I decided to have new paint and new carpet. Anthony suggested vendors for painting, carpets, minor repairs, and cleaning. He managed their work without any schedule conflicts and he kept me up to date of their progress until completion. Regarding communications, Anthony provided just the right amount. He was never pushy and told me exactly what I needed to know at the appropriate time, answered all my questions precisely, and when I needed to make decisions, he presented options and recommendations, guided me through my decision process. For example, when I was debating whether to stage the condo, he presented the pros (more appealing since potential buyers won’t just see empty rooms) and cons (additional cost to me). Ultimately, I decided to stage. After the inspection, the buyer asked for some work to be done to the unit, Anthony walked me through the list and pointed out the differences between repairs and upgrades. He had the repairs done the next day and we deferred the upgrades to the buyer. Thus saving me time and money. I will, without hesitation, engage with Anthony again, should the need arise and will definitely recommend him to anyone who has real estate needs.
