Kenzie is the kind of realtor everyone hopes for, and would be lucky to have. Her intimate knowledge of the Bend housing market is substantial having lived and owned here for years. She knows someone for everything, making not only the loan process and contracting process easy, but was able to answer our endless questions easily as well. We looked at a lot of houses, and Kenzie was always willing to be candid and straightforward about her thoughts on a particular house or piece of land. She goes above and beyond, helping us with every aspect of the home buying process. Even after we'd closed on our home and not in the state yet, she was willing to come by check on the house (and even farm animals on the property)! I mean, who does that? Well- Kenzie does. Not only a great realtor but a truly great person as well. Can't recommend enough and if anyone is moving to the Bend, OR area she can/ will do her best to help find you a home.

Kenzie is a HERO of a real estate agent. If you are looking for someone to get the job done, Kenzie is your gal. If you're even slightly interested in looking at a place, Kenzie will have you in the house as soon as you are available. She helped educate me throughout the entire process (I was a first-time homebuyer) and never made me feel small or dumb for needing to ask a lot of questions. She was so supportive and we ended up being able to find the perfect spot. Plus, she was a champion in helping with the negotiation process. I would, without hesitation, recommend Kenzie to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home.

As first time home buyers, we could not imagine anyone better suited to be our partner throughout this process than Kenzie. She listens to her clients and what they are looking for, but has a great ability to see the vision in certain spaces that others wouldn’t. There is nothing she is unwilling to do to find you the perfect home; from looking off market, door knocking, social media posts, etc. - she pursues every avenue! The process of purchasing a house can be overwhelming and stressful and Kenzie’s unwavering positive attitude was invaluable. We're not sure how she does it, because we know how insanely busy she is, but when you’re working with Kenzie you feel like you're her only client. Kenzie is not only an unbelievable realtor who works incredibly hard, but most importantly she is such a great person. This was my first experience buying a home, and Kenzie was so kind and patient the entire time. Initially my partner and I went in with an idea of what we were looking for, and while Kenzie worked extremely hard to help us find what we were initially looking for, she always stayed super open minded, and her priority was helping us find a place that was right. We had a budget in mind, and her goal was always to help us find a place under budget. Long story short, we ended up finding our dream home. This home wasn't in the location we originally thought we wanted, but Kenzie led us with such grace and we ended up finding a home that was perfect for us in a location we couldn't have even dreamed of. We thought we wanted something, and ended up finding what we needed and what felt most right. I don't have enough good things to say about Kenzie. Kenzie got to know us as people first, got acquainted with our taste and style of living, and very quickly had a great idea of what we were looking for. You could tell that her goal isn't just to get you to sign as quickly as possible, she wants to make sure that you love what you find, and if you don't love it, there is no settling. If you're looking for a realtor that will work her butt off for you, is extremely responsive, and kind, then Kenzie is your girl. Could not recommend her enough! Kenzie, thank you for everything! :)

Kenzie was an absolute DREAM to work with and is the BEST real estate agent ever. I've been in touch with Kenzie over the past year and have loosely talked about wanting to buy my first home/investment property in Bend. She's always kept me in the loop on available properties, and she has always 100% catered to what my "wants" were. When a property became available that was (literally) too good to be true, and I decided to jump on it, Kenzie made the process so easy, painless, and fun. This was my first home purchase, and despite all of the things that go into it, Kenzie was so on top of it and managed the process for me in such an effortless way. Not only that, but I really trusted her to have my best interests in mind at all times, and she somehow managed to get us from offer accepted to close in less than 3 weeks. I could not recommend her enough, and if I could give 10 out of 5 stars, I absolutely would. She is an absolute ROCKSTAR at what she does!

Finding the right home took my months, and Mark relentlessly searched for a home to match our needs, and patiently showed us house after house until we found what we were looking for. Mark was easy to work with, he is ethical, available even on short notice, and is knowledgeable of the real estate business in the Vancouver area. I had little experience with selling a home, Mark made the selling of my home quite easy. He went above and beyond my expectations. He was able to refer me to handyman services and contractors for needed work and bids. Mark lead me through the process of selling my home with care and professionalism.
