Let me preface this with saying I honestly don't think 5 stars is a high enough rating for how amazing Jamie is to work with. My fiance and I are first time home buyers and Jamie was an absolute DREAM. We looked for months for a house to call home, offered on a few, and finally snagged The One. Jamie was so patient and professional and just downright helpful with the entire process. She even installed smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors herself when the sellers agent didn't! She was such a great communicator and negotiator - told us when we needed to be more realistic and went to bat for us on things we had no idea how to handle. We truly feel like we got so lucky finding her! If we could afford it, we'd use her to buy 100 more houses tomorrow.

Vicky was wonderful! I had a lot going on in my life when I made the decision to sell. She was referred by some friends and I would 150% recommend her to anyone that is trying to sell their home. She went above and beyond to help get my house on the market. She held an open house the first weekend and the turn out was great. She is very focused and helpful. She is very familiar with the Portland area and I feel my house was priced right. We had an offer within a week for full price. The whole process was very smooth. Vicky is great at what she does and really focuses on her clients. I know I wasn’t her only one at the time but it felt like she was just working with me trying to get my house sold.

Vicky made both shopping for our new home and selling our old home fun. She was sensitive to how emotionally and physically stressful this experience can be, and infused our interactions with humor as well as knowledge. She had patience as we took our time to make these decisions. My wife and I recently worked with Tarah on the sale of our home and we highly recommend her. Going into the process we did a lot of research on who to select in selling our home. We had other recommendations from friends, but chose Tarah because of her proven track record over several years. We felt that she had great expertise in leading us through what steps we should and should not take before listing. One of her biggest impacts on the sale was her ability to market our home. She was very strategic on sale price and when to list which resulted in us receiving 5 offers immediately; before even making it to an open house. She was able to get us multiple offers at >6% of asking price which certainly exceeded our expectations for what we thought we could sell for. She also helped us smoothly navigate through the post inspection negotiations and had our home closing in under 30 days from listing.
