If you are moving to or from the Northwest Detroit suburbs, Leslie will not steer you wrong. We relied on her in-depth experience in building construction (she spent 15 years with Pulte and knows not only construction methodologies but also contractor cost structures, which upgrades make sense and which don't, and what will drive the best value to the homeowner as well as resale value) and the local markets for both the purchase, and subsequent resale, of our home in Oakland Twp. She is a lifetime resident of the area with an in-depth knowledge of the character of specific neighborhoods, school districts, and sub-communities - this knowledge of the area in general helps drive a very focused selection of areas that will be the best fit for the buyers / sellers. For suburban MI, there is nowhere else to look besides Leslie Doran for best-in-class service!

I went through a few different realtors until I found Leslie. She was exactly what I was looking for; someone who was going to be straight with me, give me an honest opinion about whether a house was right for me and options about what was and wasn't easy to change. She took so much stress of my shoulders knowing there was looking out for my best interests and not trying to push me into a sale. She never missed an opportunity to meet me for a viewing and when I found the house I knew I wanted, I was the second person to see it and we had an offer submitted within hours. I couldn't of been happier

Once I sold my house she spent a ton of time with me trying to find the right new house. We spent over 5 months looking at house and she never gave up finding me the right home even when there was nothing on the market. Leslie sent out flyers and communication to several realtor contacts and ending up finding me a home before it even got to market.

Leslie provided excellent services and assistance in selling our house recently. She is very knowledgable about local markets, and gave us great advices on where we should spend our money to get the most value. As we are living out of state during the house was listed, she went the extra miles to help arrange most of the groundworks, like landscaping, yard maintenance, meeting with contractors on fixing some problem of the house, etc. We are so happy to have her as our agent and would highly recommend our friends to use her.
