Home Quest (The Next Video Game?)

Buying a home nowadays (Covid Days) could easily be compared to any popular but difficult video game ... rules, points, losses, wins. In my case, what I needed to do was to envision what winning the game meant for me. And Nick coached me like a "pro" to hold onto a dream I lost sight of. I first met Nick as I reached out regarding a listing of his I saw. I owned a home, but knew it was not the home for me. Sounds funny, I know. Buying a home is such a big commitment. How could anyone wind up in a home that was not right for them? I did. I take responsibility. November 2020. Contemplating downsizing. Or leaving state, Nick scheduled appointment with me to view my home. I had worked hard rennovating the home ... as if it was my 'dream home.' As an agent, he saw the value. Like a friend, he asked "Why do you want to sell? What are you missing? What do you need?" I listed my old home with Nick. Within a week, pictures and virtual tour were on MLS. By the next week, Nick was navigating me through the multiple offers. With pending sale, the shock of recognition opened my eyes for sure ... rent, buy, where would I land? Nick was patient with me. And when I at last re-commited to my American Dream to find my "forever house", this time not settling on just any house, but searching for the right house, Nick was right there with me. It took 3 tries. Yep. Three times. Three offers. Three contracts. The third house was the right house. It took a year, but thanks to Nick, my year-long search was a success. I must mention that he surrounds himself with other professionals. Nick knows the real estate business and also knows the need for great lender/loan officer/solid financing. My new house is a blessing for me thanks to Nick and Cynthia Soreano. She endurred my year-long search and secured my financing along the way ... always advising me with my best and strongest options. So, I won my video game HOME QUEST. No need to play again. You can win too. Thanks Nick!

Experience with Chris Murray

Chris was a good agent. We chose him because he was familiar with the Hemet four seasons properties and he had knowledge of short sales. It was tough time for my Dad as he did not want really want to sell his house but Chris made it a good experience for him
