Chris was knowledgeable about the market. We had 27 showings with 17 offers in the first 3 days. Yes, it was hectic, but worth it. We closed in less than 30 days from first going "live". We could have closed even sooner, but our new place wasn't ready. Bravo Zulu. (if you don't know what that means, ignore it.)

My husband and I were overall satisfied with RE/MAX - The Murray Team. We found that signing all documents online was at time a little overwhelming for us. We were sometimes unsure of what we were signing. The Murray Team was always very patient and helpful when we had to call with our questions. The only issue we had is that there was not enough communication between us "the seller" and the listing agent. A phone call periodically to reassure us that everything was going on schedule would have been welcomed. A text would be another way to reach out. There was some confusion regarding one of the appliances. We were told to take the refrigerator, but on the walk through the selling agent was under the impression that it would remain in the house. We were lucky to be able to purchase one to be shipped to our new home on time for our move. We give RE/MAX - The Murray Team a good grade.

I live on the East coast and engaged Chris because I liked the number of homes he was selling in a short period of time. While I was searching for someone he would call or email me weekly. I signed, there were title issues on the property in California he stayed with me until I cleared the issues up. He got a buyer in a very short time, the buyer was dragging we forced the buyer to make up their mind they bought the house. I met with a few realtors suggested by Dave Ramsey. I like them all, but Chris was persistent about earning my business and that's exactly who I wanted negotiating offers for me. Chris and Andrea are professional, knowledgeable, and responsive to communication. I felt like the advice they were giving me along the way was based on a lot of past experience. They didn't just tell me what I wanted to hear, they were transparent whether it was good or bad. I was set on spending a bunch of money doing repairs to the house and taking 475k. Chris steered me away from a lot of the repairs and got me 25k over asking. We got about 25 offers and Chris was able to quickly determine which offers were risky based on many factors. Now that I'm a buyer I truly appreciate their insistence on using high-quality photos and the matterport 3d camera. It really helps get a sense of a property before visiting it. Thanks again for making a stressful process as smooth as possible.

I put my house up for sell on Dec the 6th, I'm not sure of the first open house but I do remember realtor called to tell me we had a bidding war going on and what the highest bid was, needless to said there were no more open houses and I moved by the 28th of January. After speaking several realtors,Cory was by far the best realtor I've ever dealt with. He saw me thru my fears and a few mood swings. Thanks to Cory, I survived the sale of the only home l'd lived in for more than 22 years, thank you Cory for your professional, knowledge, and determinenation.

Chris and his whole team were amazing. They made the process very simple and easy for us to deal with. When you have to sell a home all you can think of was about open houses etc. it is very overwhelming and with Covid-19 we had no idea how this all would work out, but it was great how they notified me of any time there was going to be a showing, even a day or to before which was so nice. I would differently recommend him and the team for both buying and selling.
