•I have always been suspect of real estate agents. Many years ago I had a property for sale and the realtor and the buyer realtor were close friends and the property was actually sold to the buyer's daughter and I learned a lesson. But, and there are also room for a but, Melissa Roach-Zievers was a delight to work with and because of her setup and presentation of my property made the sale of my long time home a smooth transition for me and my wife. I highly recommend Melissa as an effective realtor for folks selling their property. It is a tough market but she made the sale! You will be in good hands with this lady.
