•Diane is wonderful. She was always available and returned all of our questions/calls immediately. I absolutely loved working with her! She worked as an advocate for us and never pressured us to buy higher than we were willing to buy. She had great knowledge and expertise and was honest through the entire process. We were first time home buyers and under a strict budget and she did a great job educating us and keeping us in our respected budget.

She is great!
Diane is always easily accessible when you need her. She is very truthful and gives you the best advice in selling your home. Diane kept us informed as much as possible regarding showings and always gave us feedback about the showings as well. I would recommend her to anyone wanting to buy or sell a home
This was the first home I have sold. i was a novice to the real estate process and Diane Stem was awesome. She walked me thru the whole process. From what I needed to do to stage my house to sitting accross rom me at the closing. She was very knowledgable about the market, pricing of the property. I will use here again in a heartbeat.
