Melissa was a true pleasure to work with. Very professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. We purchased a home that Melissa listed and she was always reachable by email or phone throughout the entire process. She was a good and fair negotiator who always maintained professional etiquette and kept in constant communication. She was very flexible in providing access to the property to accommodate last minute inspections, appraisals, and so forth.
