Anderson is the type of realtor who makes you believe you are his only client. His calm demeanor allows you to feel calm in return. We felt respected and well taken care of. (Anderson was not the first realtor that we met with, but he was the first realtor that actually listened to me.) We had our first meeting via phone conversation that lasted about an hour and a half. He noted everything I/we wanted in a listing. Then within a week!! A week! He had sent me six different video presentations of properties for sale with all the things that I wanted. All. In my price range. What? The other realtors that we had met with made me feel like I was just a number and they didn't have time for me. Or? I had one try to push me into a decision that was bad for me. OK. Back to Anderson. He sent each video presentation of available property that started with his drive to the land for sale. He verbally spoke during the video explaining about things I was interested in as he walked the property. This was so impressive, I was very thankful. My list would be different than yours, but he was ticking off all the boxes. I thought this process would take months. It absolutely did not. He did not push us to make an offer on any of the properties. Offering to find more that fit my/our criteria. That was not necessary, I and my husband immediately fell in love with one particular property Happy ending as we purchased one of those properties, we are the very proud owners of 2.1 acres of land in Clark's Chapel.
