Anderson did a great job, got things going immediately once we signed the needed documents for the sale of the property. He had the lot partially cleared so buyers could get a good feel for the property and had many photos taken, both at ground level and by drone. He kept me up-to-date on how things were going. I would use/recommend Anderson Ernst again if I ever need a realtor in that area of North Caroling. He was very professional and helped me with all questions I had. I even got calls and updates on Saturday and Sunday from Anderson.

Teresa & Stephanie were a tremendous help when I needed a local relator. I told them what I liked, they offered sound advice, insight on things I didn’t know about and etc. They walked me through every step of the process. I travel a lot for work, never knowing when I would be in town, I was able to communicate and sign documents electronically, they were always a phone call, text or email away (based on my preference and availability). For not dealing much in person, everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. They even setup any inspections I wanted done, along with required ones. They made the process of buying this house less stressful and an easy transition. If the need arises, I would use Teresa and her team again. Professionals all the way.
