The moment I met Kim I knew she was energetic/outgoing, a good people person and an experienced realtor. I hired her to sell an expensive property and she did not hesitate to perform open houses, getting a professional photographer out, performed market comps and offered sound advice. One of my friends who purchased a couple of properties with Mrs. Grace recommended I contacted her when I looked for my first home in the USA. I ended with asking Mrs. Grace for her expertise 4 years later to help me invest in a second property.
