Meghan was wonderful to work with and really hustled to help us purchase our first home. She walked us through the process and made sure we understood everything clearly. I am happy to highly recommend Meghan Carroll for real estate needs! I couldn't be more pleased with the service provided by her during the sale of our property. She was professional at all times and made me so comfortable coming to her with all my questions. Her responsiveness and follow through was superb and all my questions were answered quickly. Meghan advised on the "total sale process" including house clean out and inspections, and the house and settlement was completed in a very timely manner. I would not hesitate to work with Meghan in the future.

Meghan Carroll is the best of the best! She is kind and personable...honest, patient and knowledgable. Meghan went above and beyond what you would expect from a real estate agent. She always responded quickly to all phone calls and texts and was an absolute delight to deal with throughout the entire process. My husband and I would not use any other agent in the NJ shore area.

We started working with Meghan summer of 2021, first in Long Branch looking for a condo, then change

We started working with Meghan summer of 2021, first in Long Branch looking for a condo, then changed to Neptune, while residing in Los Angeles, and looking for an investment property. We had very specific requirements like close to the beach and train station, home with at least two bedrooms, more than one bath, and a garage. She was so well informed about Jersey Shore, guided us to best neighborhoods, patient, ever willing to face time at the property, and send videos. She found us an amazing property, and made the process extremely smooth sailing, great references for attorneys, home inspectors, mortgage loan brokers, and we’re so thankful to Meghan for making this happen. We would highly recommend Meghan to anyone out there looking for a residential or investment property in Jersey Shores.
