There is nothing I could say to convey how incredible Karin is as a realtor and as a friend. She helped us get into our first home in FL in 2010 and helped sell that house 11 years later in 2021. She always went above and beyond in every way and working with her was always a pleasure. She made the process of homebuying and selling a home, which is not an easy task, very simple. 11 years ago I bought a property by Karin Mann. Now Karin helped me sell the same house. Being a Non-American complicates all paper work. Karin helped me all the way. Her knowledge and experience impressed me. She knows the market and area and I felt safe and secure in her capable hands. I can honestly say that I could not have got a better agent. Further more Karin is a very pleasant person to be around. Always patient and willing and able to answer all my questions. I could not have sold my house without Karin's skill and help! She is focused and efficient and I feel that I got good value for my money (her fee)!
