Julie truly deserves five stars across the board. She is the BEST! I worked with her first when I bought, and just recently when I sold. I wouldn't want to work with anyone else especially with a difficult coop board. She explains everything you need to know, responds immediately and can handle anything that might come up even through the nitty gritty details of closing. She also has a fun personality and personal touch that makes the experience enjoyable! Beyond buying and selling, Julie has been invaluable to me for her referrals to other businesses and enthusiasm to help wherever she can. She is an amazing agent and person all around!

This is why we decided to give her call her when it was time to sell. A true professional in every sense of the word. She knows her clients and the mkt both on the buyer and seller side. Profession at its BEST!. Julie went above and beyond in every aspect that one could imagine. She was more than helpful in selling our house. She prioritizes all our needs and was always available to answer any of our concerns. Julie did an excellent job making sure that we understood the process of selling and meeting important deadlines and made sure that there were no unexpected issues with the closing. She is extremely organized and quick to answer every question. We felt so informed at every step of the way because of how clear and strong of a communicator she is. She was the Navigator in the sale of our house. She listened to our expectations, through her consistent hard work and knowledge she made the sale a reality. Julie had great recommendations for lenders, lawyers, inspectors, moving companies, etc. We took every suggestion from her and not regretted a single one It is rare to find work ethic, character, genuine kindness, and diligence all in one person but that is what you will see in Julie. She contacts me at every event just to make sure that everything is fine. Julie and her Staten Island partner Madeline are fantastic. She really knows her stuff and walks you through the process every step of the way. Not only does she give you realistic pricing models, she brings in wonderful photography services to ensure your home is captured beautifully. She was able to get our house on the market for a sudden move extremely quick and we are so thankful for her. Selling a home in NYC is extremely difficult these days with processes, wait times, and communications back and forth between buyer and seller and Julie absolutely knocked it out of the park to ensure we were about to close in a timely manner (to New York standards ).
