In 2015, Mandy made the move from Indiana to Hico, Texas. The following year, she brought her expertise as a licensed Indiana broker from 2006 to 2015 to our team as an administrative assistant. Mandy has since earned her Texas Real Estate license and plays a key role in our office's property management, while also being available to facilitate buying and selling transactions. Outside of work, Mandy's passions include traveling and spending time with her family and dogs.

Brandon is a dedicated real estate professional with 16 years of experience and a passion for helping others succeed. As Managing Broker, he guides and supports his team while continuing to serve his clients with the same personalized approach that has defined his career. A 1998 Tarleton State University graduate (Marketing) and a Stephenville resident for 28 years, Brandon specializes in farm and ranch properties, but also has expertise in commercial, residential, and investment real estate. He and his wife, Pam, have four children and are active in their church in several ministries.

Real estate is in Chessney's blood. As the third-generation owner of Brooks Real Estate, now Re/Max Elevated Realty, Chessney is proud to carry on the family legacy of helping people find their dream properties in the Erath County area. Licensed in 2016 and stepping into ownership of the brokerage in 2020, Chessney combines a deep understanding of the local market with a passion for building relationships. Chessney's business insight is enhanced by a BBA and an MBA from Tarleton State University. Chessney also works with a commercial real estate development firm based in DFW. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her two sons and husband, who she married in 2023.

Having held leadership positions as President, Vice President, and Secretary for the Stephenville Association of Realtors, as well as serving on the board of directors, I possess a comprehensive understanding of the local real estate landscape.
