•Selling or buying a property can be an overwhelming, stressful, and time-consuming process. Having the right people guide you through the process can help lighten the burden. We were lucky enough to work with Ruslan and the rest of the Expansion team. We first met with Daniel, and he was very professional and knowledgeable. Daniel explained the process, from what to expect at the very beginning of our selling venture, to what to expect once a prospective buyer made an offer. His knowledge of the real estate market was reassuring. Next, we met Carlos, and he explained how he would be in charge of the viewing of the property. Carlos also was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He made sure all appointments were accommodating to both prospective buyers and us. Also, from the very beginning we were in contact with Ruslan. Ruslan made himself available to us anytime we needed a question answered or reassurance that everything was on track and running smoothly. He made sure there was always open communication and was quick to answer any calls, text, or emails. Ruslan, and the rest of the team showed their knowledge, professionalism, empathy, and consideration from day one, and were with us every step of the way leading to closing. Thanks guys and keep up the good work. If anyone reading this review is looking for a real estate team that cares and works to get you the best deal possible, call the Expansion Team.
