Diane Kell grew up in Canton, OH and graduated from Perry High School and the Art Institute of Pittsburgh. She is the oldest grand daughter of the large Seifert and Kleinhenz families in the area. She has 35+ years of award-winning marketing, advertising and design experience. Coupled with her out-going personality, joy of meeting new people, love of real estate and architecture, interior design background, color expertise, furniture & retail sales and staging skills - becoming a Realtor® was a natural transition. I have been licensed for 26 years in the Akron/Canton area. Some of my achievements include Rookie of the Year '99, OAR award of Achievement/Distinction 25 years(Acknowledges top ten% in the state), New construction sales award, and the Accredited Buyers Representative designation as well as the Re/Max Hall of Fame award. I have also served on the professional standards and grievance committee for our local board. I cover a large area of Summit, Stark, and Portage county.

Having grown up in an Italian family with a family-owned construction business, I've been involved in all aspects of the home building / buying / selling process at an early age. My father and uncle developed two allotments, built custom and spec homes, and other masonry and concrete projects. I was involved in both the physical and office aspects of the business from laboring on the construction site to processing payroll for the business. I learned a lot! After high school, attended college and earned a B.S. in Business then entered the workforce in the computer industry in supply chain / procurement. Met my wife, Debbie, and as our first child approached school age, Debbie got her Real Estate license so one of us could have a flexible schedule. I worked days in corporate America and helped out with the "back office" on evenings and weekends. We grew the business to a small team of 5 agents. Fast forward to 2010, as a natural progression, we decided to open our own RE/MAX franchise office in North Canton in April, then our second office in Akron / Green in 2011, and a third in Massillon in 2012. In 2016, I obtained my Real Estate license and joined the Brokerage full time so I could devote all my time to the Brokerage instead of just evenings and weekends. In 2018, we opened our fourth office in Alliance and in 2020 our fifth office in the historic Tremont Neighborhood of Cleveland. It is an incredible experience working with experienced agents to develop their business and grow their teams. I also get to work with and develop new agents as they begin their career with RE/MAX. I am so fortunate that I was able to experience all aspects related to Real Estate. I can help you get your home sold or find a new home from the consumer aspect. I was licensed as a Sales person in 1994 and then Broker in 2004. I have 17 years mortgage lending experience which comes in extremely handy when pre-qualifying borrowers and understanding the ever-changing lending world. I have 3 daughters, and live in Uniontown, Ohio. I love to travel and be with my family. I work very hard so that my family and I can do what we like together.
