Tammy Lord was an ABSOLUTE DELIGHT to work with. She was professional, friendly and knowledgeable as a realtor. She gave solid feedback and answered all of my questions. She was easy to get in touch with and very timely with her responses to texts. She was great at quelling my anxieties as a first time homebuyer. She even signed up to work with a program I found for educators called, so she could help me and other educators with achieving homeownership. I really would’ve given her a 4.999 if I could’ve, because I did have one critique; a few things could have been better explained regarding the final process. As a first time homebuyer, there were things I didn’t know to ask about the process. Ultimately, I am VERY SATISFIED and overall things went quite smoothly.

Tammy helped us for over 9 months with representing the builder (seller) and representing me and my husband (buyer). She was easy to reach via phone/texts and very meticulous about her notes regarding all of our requests with the builder. I am very happy Tammy was there to help us with the entire process since it became hard at times due to COVID-19 and this being our first time purchasing our first home in Michigan. Look no further for a realtor, you’ve found a true gem!! Tammy cares so deeply for her clients and took great care to get to know me and my personal goals in purchasing a new home as a first time, single buyer. She was attentive to my scheduling needs for showings and was always available at all hours to address my concerns and reassure me. She was kind, but assertive in helping me get into showings or even draw up competitive offers late at night. She went above in beyond in any and all communication to sellers/selling agents on my behalf, and gave me supreme confidence I could trust her with this major life decision. Overall, she was knowledgeable about just about anything related to this process and always kept me positive. I never doubted I made the right choice working with Tammy, who my brother loved so much he had referred her my way.
