My wife and I were first time home buyers. We didn't know much going into buying a condo and as you can imagine it was quiet scary. We were searching for over a year and a half with multiple different brokers. It seemed like some brokers we worked with were not engaged. It seemed like I was offering them listings as opposed to them showing me listings. Olga and her team were the complete opposite. Olga at first tried to find out what we wanted. Then gave us many different options as to what we can get for the price we were looking at and where. She told us about different neighborhoods and the relative pricing and what is great about the neighborhoods. Olga was always honest about the property and would let us know what she thinks whether or not it's a good buy! It's good to have a broker who knows her stuff and is on your side. We now purchased a property. Olga and her team went from A -Z with us. I will definitely recommend Olga and her team. We will be using her again in the future!!

I have known Olga for over 10 years. She helped me to buy and sell properties (Coops and Condos). The most recent sale was last year, spring of 2015. Olga is very knowledgeable of our local market. She knows where to advertise the properties and how they should be listed. When buying, I especially loved the fact the she would only take me to see the properties that fit my requirements, thus not wasting my time. She is extremely punctual and professional. I move on average every 4-5 years, will definitely be dialing Olga 3-4 years from now for my next dwelling :)
