As a first time seller I did some extensive research with regard to selecting a real estate agent that was both local to my area and had good reviews. Olga Moldavsky was one of the few that kept appearing in my searches and so I decided to give her a try. Right from the get-go, when we met in person, she was very friendly, knowledgeable and full of energy. These were all great characteristics. Olga was very thorough and explained the whole process to me and was gracious to answer all of my questions (And I had a lot of them!). After signing up with and working with her, I found that she was very communicative, remembered a few details I wanted her to discuss with the potential buyers and became a person I consider highly trust-worthy. There were many times that I was physically not around and Olga always took the initiative with a set of my keys to keep everything moving and the appointments booked. Olga was also very open to suggestions and provided great insight and advice. She treated my property as if it were her own and was very carful with operating and showing all facets of the property as well as shutting things down after each showing. Olga works very hard and you can tell that she enjoys what she does. My experience with her is that she definitely hustles and is constantly trying to get new leads by promoting the property, engaging in web-based exchanges and taking calls almost always to try and get you the right buyer at the right price. I really appreciated working with Olga and would highly recommend her, not only as an agent with a long history in the business and extensive knowledge of the area and people, but as a good natured, hard-working, respectable and trust-worthy person. I couldn't have asked for a better agent for representation of my property. Thank you Olga. Many more years of success in your future!!!
