•We had owned this small piece of property for decades and because we were not going to use it, we decided to sell. I knew of Ginger, and told her about it and within a few hours of her listing and putting out signs, she was getting calls before she could get back to town. She did the research for us and we had multiple offers, and a deal within a couple of weeks. She did an amazing job for us and we will use her as our realtor in the future.
