Krista was a Hugh help. My wife and I live in ST Croix the US Virgin Islands, we had contacted Krista in Dover DE at a home we were looking at on Line. Krista meet up with some friends of ours and looked at the home. we diced not to purchase that home but found another Home in Ocean View DE. she took the hour drive and take pictures and videos and sent them to us to look at. We decided to purchase the home. Krista helped out tremendously doing everything remote for my wife and I. it is not an easy task making decisions on purchasing a home site unseen, but she took good pictures and video's that really helped make the decision.

I had the pleasure of working with Krista LaFashia-McDaniel when helping my Dad look for a new home. Because he lived out-of-state, my daughter and I worked with Krista on his behalf. I knew as soon as I met her that she would help us find the perfect home for him. Finding houses in the Smyrna area was a bit difficult because as soon as houses came on the market, they were sold in a matter of days! Krista is AWESOME!!!!!! She is very responsive to all the extensive questions a new home owner might have and if she doesn't know the answer she will refer you to someone that does.
