I live in Charlotte and was selling land in Sylvania, Ga. that I hadn’t seen in 15 years. It was important to me to have a realtor that was willing to walk the entire property, do what was necessary to get the property ready to sell and provide me with a competitive selling price and sales strategy for the land. Jeff Graham did exactly that and kept me informed every step of the way. He did is job well. The land sold and closed within 90 days of going on the market and I couldn’t be happier with his efforts
