As a real estate investor, I’ve worked with plenty of folks in the real estate field and it’s easy to say Jody is the most experienced, skilled, and knowledgeable realtor i’ve worked with. Jody worked diligently through an exhaustive and complex closing process to get a next-to-impossible deal closed successfully. She used her network to find multiple loan officers with different specializations, worked with the buyer, brokers, other parties and myself to mitigate miscommunications, and was available at anytime for anything that may have went sideways in the closing process. Whenever I needed Jody, she was readily available and informed me of any complexities involved in a very rigorous closing and OFFERED SOLUTIONS!!! She never took no for an answer and i’m convinced I would’ve never sold my property without her. With Jody’s tenacity, hard work, dedication, perseverance, and network, I can’t imagine using anyone else for my real estate deals. Looking forward to years and years of partnership and if you aren’t using Jody and her team I’m afraid you’re simply missing out!

Not only did Jody guide me , she explained things to me with her amazing knowledge of real estate,and her bubbly calm demeanor! She was a hundred percent personable and professional.she sat down with me and showed me how things go when selling a home and then she showed me what houses in my area were selling for, that were like mine! She took the stress and Havoc off my shoulders, and put it on hers!! Jody and her team are top notch … I wouldn’t use anyone other than her now!!!! I was sobimpressed with the knowledge and professionalism. I had to sell my Dad's house so we could pay for his care in a nursing home. I met Jody on a Friday afternoon her team took pictures and listed house that night, Saturday 9 people looked, Sunday a open house, boom offers!! I was so dreading the process but Jody and her team made it so painless! I will forever feel indebted to them and so enjoyed working with them.

Jody was awesome to work with. As a first time home buyer I had many questions, and she had all of the answers. There was no hassle at any point of the home buying process. She has all the energy you need, and explains things in a way that you can understand them. Anyone that is, Jody has the ability to read her audience and understand their needs. She's very personable. I would recommend her to any of my friends or family if they were looking to buy a home. She's just a wonderful individual overall.

So thankful we decided to go with Jody Rearick and her team. They went above and beyond to get my house sold. Jody made some remodeling suggestions and told us what the house would sell for if we did the work. I was leery but optimistic and long story short....... she was dead on. This agency had an open house every week until the house was sold.
