Hejoma was great -- she was aware of the specialized market our house fit into, and we had a steady stream of viewings. She gave good advice for getting the house into shape for viewings and had connections to cleaners, junk people, and storage pod folks for discounts and speedy work. She and the lawyer she recommended worked hard for the best sale outcome, and in the end, we managed to close on the house just when I needed it to happen. I would recommend her heartily to anyone else in the area, especially those with older (Victorian) homes that may need some special attention from a realtor to sell.
