Sal is very knowledgeable on this area. When we had questions we knew we could reach out and he would have or find out the answers. He knew how to deal with different people we had to interact with and the fact that he is bilingual was amazing to us because he was able to clarify any misunderstanding we had. He was very open to different times and places we needed to go. He never rushed. On the contrary, he was always very open to stay longer and make sure we were satisfied with the visits.
