Mr. Reamer is a licensed real estate broker in Virginia, Washington DC, Maryland, Pennsylvania, & West Virginia. As former Partner and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Matt Martin Real Estate Management, LLC, (MMREM) a company with nationwide heft that was lauded in INC. 500 Magazine as the 114th Fastest Growing Company of 2012, Andrew oversaw the management and marketing of over 30,000 Single-Family Residential Units (over $1 Billion in Sales Volume) across 16 states that would assist MMREM in servicing contracts with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) and Department of Justice (DOJ) and financial institutions. Mr. Reamer continues to serve a multitude of government agencies and financial institutions with regards to housing, education and outreach. He also owns and operates a residential development lending company, property management company, and title company in the DMV.
