•Broker Violetta Polyakov was recommended to us by somebody whom she helped before. We were moving from Connecticut, were pressed for time and were quite stressed out. Violetta Polyakov put us at ease with her nice manner, punctuality and very good knowledge of her field. She did a very profound market research and showed us only homes that had the features we wanted. We were very happy not to waste any time looking at homes that were not suitable for us for one reason or another. She acted very professionally, giving us information about Florida market, communities, neighborhoods, possible renovation options, etc. She went above and beyond her duties - after we bought the house she drove us around the area showing supermarkets, farms and restaurants. It was extremely helpful since we did not know the area at all. We have already recommended Violetta Polyakov to our friends and relatives and would not hesitate recommending her in the future to anybody who is looking to buy property in Florida.
Lindsey is the best! My family has used her for multiple transactions, always puts 110% into her listings and the client’s interest first. We would highly recommend Lindsey if you are considering selling your home.
