•Bill sort of dropped into our lap when we were looking for a vacation home, and we could not have been luckier to have him in our corner! He was extremely flexible with us and our schedules (often times, going to see properties last minute). Being from out of town, Bill was sensitive to making sure that our time spent looking at houses was beneficial to us and he stayed within our parameters. Bill has a wonderful sense of the area, and he picked up on exactly what kind of home we were looking for right from the beginning. With a quick close, Bill made sure all items were taken care of, and has been a great resource for recommendations for various service contractors. I would highly recommend Bill as a realtor and look forward to connecting with him again in the future!
