I have been lucky enough to use Yuri's listing services for the last few properties that I have sold in Florida. He truly cares about each of his clients and goes above and beyond to make sure I get the most buck for my home while ensuring the transaction goes as smooth as possible from start to finish. I called him several times a day and he always picked his phone even early in the morning. He was truly always there to answer any of my questions or concerns and took care of any issues right away. The fact that he negotiated with the offers and got me more for my property than I had hoped for and set a new record price in the neighborhood even was an icing on the cake. Yuri was definitely the most professional and knowledgeable REALTOR I have worked with in all my real estate transactions. I had another realtor I worked with prior to meeting Yuri but after speaking with Yuri and seeing his knowledge firsthand of the real estate market and how motivated he was in helping my family find our dream home I decided to use Yuri as our realtor and couldn't be happier with our decision.
