I was looking for a home that I could buy at a discount and renovate and have equity after when resold it. I looked for months with other realtor. No luck. A friend of mine told me to call Yuri and that he specializes in finding discounted homes and he's a great negotiator and hardest worker he knows. He was right. Within a month Yuri found me a home in Wellington for $170k which is $55k below the asking price. That takes some skill. Yuri's experience in years of real estate investing game me a good idea what needed to be done in the home and how much to spend in renovation. He was right on target.
