In 2000, Kynse began her real estate journey in Southwest Florida, initially working as a personal assistant to a highly successful real estate team in SW Florida. She obtained her real estate license in 2003 and joined the RE/MAX network. In 2014, her expertise and knowledge led her to acquire a RE/MAX franchise in Downtown Fort Myers, where she served as the Owner and Managing Broker of RE/MAX Dream until 2019. At that time, she strategically merged her brokerage to form The Dream Team, within the RE/MAX brand allowing her to focus more on her clients, family, and philanthropic efforts. In late 2024, Kynse joined forces with Epique Realty to further elevate her business by leveraging their cutting-edge AI and technology services, enhancing the customer experience, marketing and driving growth. A passionate advocate for organ donation, Kynse volunteers with LifeLink of Florida and is an acclaimed speaker within the non-profit organization. Her personal experience with a kidney and pancreas transplant in 2017 has fueled her dedication to raising awareness about this critical cause. Beyond her professional achievements, Kynse is a devoted mother to her son, Lincoln, and resides with her family at "Boone's Farm" in Lee County, Florida. She enjoys the tranquility of fishing in the Gulf of Mexico and dedicates her time to caring for and showing her four beloved rescue horses—Titan, Peach, Toad, and Jelle.
