Carlos was an incredible realtor to work with. His knowledge of the area and of the market conditions as well as his knowledge of insurance and appraisal processes made him incredibly effective. He was able to recommend a spot on listing price and got us a full price offer within the first day of the house being listed. He has a wide network of contacts and is well regarded in the industry. We heard compliments about him from the buyer's agent as well as other local agents. In addition, Carlos is extremely responsive. There was never a moment where our questions were answered quickly either via text, phone call or email. He helped us navigate the entire selling process from our first meeting including practical advice on how to best prepare the house, what buyers would be looking for, how to manage negotiations and every piece of advice was relevant and worked. We would definitely recommend Carlos to any one that was looking for an honest, ethical, and extremely hard working realtor. We will definitely use Carlos for our next real estate transaction.

Once again working with Michael and Stephanie at the Perrault Group was a fantastic experience. Their local expertise and research skills provided us with all the necessary comps to appropriately price our house for the highest amount possible- and we GOT IT!! Their formula and multi-faceted approach to sell your house has proven itself with us. We sold within 24 hours of our first open house for FULL LIST PRICE! Honestly what more could you ask for?? Oh wait, serious negotiation skills? CHECK! The appraiser wanted to come in with a lowball estimate but Mike's research and persuasive genius got him back up to list price. Honestly, these guys put in the time and the effort and make sure their job is done to the utmost and highest standard. We hit a few other "snags" along the way that could have blew up the entire sale but Mike expertly diffused those bombs. My only regret is moving out of South Florida and not being able to work with the Perrault Group in my future home buying and selling transactions because I honestly don't want to work with anyone less capable, professional and knowledgeable then them. They have set an insurmountable standard that I don't think I will find another realty group capable of achieving.

I trust Rita as a person, having worked with her in the past. She also knows the area. I this transaction it was challenging because I was out of state but she answered my endless questions and made it work every time a logistical issue came up. We closed during the quarantine’s early das and she helped make it as smooth as possible, contributing to guide me through to the final loose ends of the sale. I contacted Delroy approximately two weeks before I closed on the sale of my home in Dallas, Texas and told him that I planned to move to Florida and would buying home there. We discussed the type of home that I like and my budget. Delroy put together a profile of the essential criteria that I desired I home and from there selected homes for me to review before I arrived in Florida. I arrived in Florida on the 11th Of March and met with Delroy at his office to review the home he had selected. I could tell Delroy had a vast knowledge of the area and the homes. He made the process easy by zoning in on the fact that Location was one of my main criteria and proceeded to show me homes in prime locations in the surrounding area. Throughout this process Delroy was very helpful and was always responsive to my telephone calls for information and always made sure he answered my questions satisfactorily. I soon came to trust Delroy and relied on his judgement and he found a home for me by the end of the week. Delroy was easy to work with and exhibited great professionalism throughout. I would recommend Delroy to any of my friends that intend to buy a home.
