I've dealt with Re-Max realtors before & have always had a good experience with this company. They cover all the bases etc. Vincent Gubitosi was a nice guy, my age lol, so we had things in common. He was very aware & on point as to how I wanted to sell my unit & he made it happen with just One Open House.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's hard for one realtor to live up to another realtor's expectations, but Tom did that and more. We needed to sell my uncle's home which was in probate in Florida while living in Colorado. Trying to deal with all that was involved from a different state could have been quite an ordeal, but with Tom's help it went smoothly from start to finish. He is professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and caring. In addition to being a great realtor for any probate, estate, or other real estate needs, he is just an all-around super person, and we are so thankful to have made his acquaintance. I will gladly trust my family and my clients to Tom for any future business they may have in Florida!
