Her knowledge of the real estate business goes way beyond her position, and she was able to answer our questions simply and effectively. She is an attentive listener and extremely patient. In addition to be an ethical business person, her demeanor is cordial and always pleasant and she does not mind going the extra mile for a client. She drove me and my wife to every showing, guided us through everything that needed to be completed on the computer, researched to find us the best and most affordable inspector and home owners insurance provider and best of all caught an error on the Closing Disclosure and negotiated down title company fees. She saved us around 1000 dollars in closing costs because of her negotiation skills, knowledge and attention to detail. We are so grateful to her and have never had such a smooth buying experience. Sandra helped sell this rental property handling all of the local logistics as I am out of state (a tremendous relief). She served as my proxy for work completed by my contractor when the unit was painted and new flooring installed. She was always pleasant, professional and responsive whenever I had a question and always kept me informed with respect to showings and offers. She had a steady pulse on the market, was practical in her advice and worked with me as a true partner negotiating the sale. She was patient and persistent while working with a challenging HOA, property management company and the seller's title company. I confidently recommend Gianna Bellrose. I came to the table with a bucket of ideals and requests, and she ever so gently guided me through the search providing the necessary reality checks where needed with 110% support. Once we narrowed the search, she had my back every step of the way, in many ways making me feel like I was her only client, and I know that couldn’t have been true! As I said, I had a bucket of requirements and of course, a budget from the sale of my modest house in NY. We closed on a desl that required going back to the table numerous times, but we did it, and the process that started in late 2019, closed on Feb 5th 2020 on the perfect home. All boxes checked. I researched Sandra Milo for a year before deciding to hire her as my realtor. I kept an eye on her home sales and was very impressed! We needed a realtor in the Tamarac area to sell our 2/2 villa. We officially had our first meeting with her and put our house on the market. A day later we had a buyer but unfortunately that buyer was not approved. I immediately panicked but Sandra said “ I will get this house sold”. She put the house back on the market and she worked hard to sell the property. A couple of other buyers didn’t work out but I had to trust her experience and her dedication. She was always available to talk about anything. We weren’t selling an expensive house and she still made sure I was treated like she was selling a million dollar house. She goes above and beyond to make clients happy. She sold my house in November 2018 and I was so happy!! We still kept in touch after she sold our home. Sandra becomes a friend of the family after your experience with her!
