•Highly recommend. Gary was a fantastic agent. Explained the process to us the whole way, very knowledgeable about able real estate in the area, negotiating offers, inspections etc. Came on tours with us and was always excellent at spotting details about the properties that most agents would likely miss. When we made an offer on a place, I was confident it was a high quality place because it passed the Gary test. We are young millennials for whom it can be hard to compete with the all-cash offers you hear about, but when we found our perfect place, he helped us construct a well-rounded competitive offer that beat out all the other offers without us having to enter a bidding war or make concessions on contingencies. He is also just very fun to talk to and work with.
