Louie is incredible realtor that puts his clients needs first. The fact that he's also bilingual is such a plus to us as my husband (who is Spanish-speaking) was very comfortable in communicating with Louie. Louie was able to negotiate the sale of our house to our benefit and after experiencing selling a house previously with another realtor, it was amazing to realize that there are realtors who care for their clients. We most definitely recommend Louie to help you out as a realtor, he's awesome!

Working with Paige was amazing--she is so thoughtful and understanding and was very patient with us as we were first time home buyers. I had a fantastic experience with Louie. We were new to the area and looking to buy. I got very luck to find Louie through another professional helping me with finding the new house. Louie was very patient and thoughtful as he led us through our available options, the neighborhoods we should be looking at and helped us find the perfect house very quickly. As we moved into the negotiations, Louie was adamant about getting us the best and fair deal possible. We went back and forth with the seller multiple times, and Louie's expertise was indispensable to our ultimate agreement. It wasn't exactly what we wanted, but we relied on Louie's tenure to let us know when we had all we could get. I can't speak highly enough about my experience with Louie Rivera. As most first time homebuyers who don't have any knowledge about how to find the right place, I didn't have any knowledge about how to sell one either. Louie is excellent at what he does.
