Junior high teacher, coach, wife, and mother of four, are all roles Linda filled before finding her passion in real estate in 2001. Starting in Iowa, she got her first glimpse into the RE/MAX model working with RE/MAX of Siouxland. A job transfer took the family to Cleveland, Ohio in 2005. Despite not knowing a single person, she hit the ground running, working first as an agent for a large regional company, Howard Hanna, then coaching and training for Keller Williams, and back to Howard Hanna where she ran a small, struggling office. Within one year the office rose to #1 in sales for all brands in Lorain County, Ohio. Pursuing a longtime goal, Linda earned her broker’s license, and purchased a single REMAX franchise office. Through a series of serendipitous events, she quickly found herself the broker/owner of 8 offices across northeast Ohio, and began to build REMAX Crossroads into the largest REMAX in Ohio, with over 170 full-time agents and growing.

My experience with Lory as my realtor was excellent!

Lory was very friendly and very helpful! She made the whole process in selling my house go very smoothly. She directed me in what I needed to do in order to prepare my house to be ready to sell and explained what the whole process would be. She kept me informed on everything that was taking place and made sure that I understood and she answered any questions I had and was always available. Most all of the paperwork was done online and very easily done. I highly recommend her in selling or purchasing an new home!

LORY WAS A GREAT HELP

Lory promoted our home well and it retained its value through the whole process. She was great when it came to selling our house, and buying the next one too. The best skills Lory brought to the table was her availability, high responsiveness, the desire and the ability to jump every hurdle that came our way. Her availability and patience with our arduous 1+ year long home search helped very much in the crazy seller's market that prevailed in our community.

Another Beautiful house in the books

Lory as always, did another amazing job- Instead of an investment house we were looking for our forever home and she did amazing work to narrow down great options in the areas we liked! Highly recommend!

In my experience with selling my home with Eric...

In my experience with selling my home with Eric, he was very willing to put in the extra work throughout the process. He did thorough research on comparables, so we could get my home sold quickly while not underpricing it. He also was very good at answering any questions that I had, and answered in a timely manner. Overall, the whole experience was very comfortable.

We have used Wes twice. He is very professional and knowledgeable about how to price your house. He takes less than most realestate agents and there are no hidden fees. Upfront and honest.
