Development and real estate are in my DNA. I lived at Powder Mountain before it even opened and spent my time with my family building the resort, walking future home sites with my grandfather, running day-to-day operations with my parents and aunts, and learning firsthand how land becomes legacy. That early exposure to development, design, and stewardship shaped my deep understanding of what makes a property truly special and shaped my educational direction. I focused on environmental history and English, I broadened my travel and tourism background doing study abroad and work abroad. During university, I learned a lot outside of the classroom in leadership roles honing my skills. Just after graduation, while running Powder Mountain, I went to real estate school began selling ski properties. I became a planning commissioner, Realtor education chair, a stakeholder for Ogden ValleyChair for the Ogden Valley Business Association, and a Visitors Bureau Executive Council member. I specialize in ski-in/ski-out properties at Powder Mountain, distinctive homes in Ogden Valley, and real estate opportunities all along the Wasatch Front. In the early 1990s, my husband, Doug, joined me and we formed an award-winning team, helping clients find everything from mountain lots to investments or building custom homes offering honest insight, staging tips, vacation rental setup, estate clearing assistance and deep local knowledge of real estate and construction and a genuine love for Utah living. 35 years from when I began, I still enjoy selling real estate and operating the slopeside Columbine Inn with my sons, now the fifth generation of Cobabes at Powder.
