I thought buying our first home was scary, but when it came time to sell our home it was terrifying. We received a package in the mail from Darrell and his team. The letter said he noticed our listing had expired, he had good experience selling expired listings and would love to talk to us. The package was full of information, competitive marketing strategy, information on what sets his team apart from the competition. We were very impressed. On the day of our meeting him and his colleague, who also happens to be his beautiful wife, Susan met us at our home. I watched them walking up to the front door, I could tell they were already taking our home. Darrell and Susan listened empathetically, asked appropriate questions to better understand, then presented their plan. Darrell had come prepared with market research of comparable homes so we had an accurate picture of what pricing should look like, what the market in general was like for our area. He and Susan walked through our home, gave us some constructive, candid feedback to be market ready. It was very insightful to hear feedback from both a male and female perspective and really appreciated the input. We were sold, hired Darrell and his team the next day. My husband and I are both busy professionals so Darrell utilized technology to communicate to sign our documents through a secure online system. We received weekly email updates on the marketing, received email with any feedback received. If we had any questions or concerns we could call, email or text, Darrell always got back to us the same day. Darrell and his team sold our home and we received a very fair offer. Darrell and his team made the selling process very easy. He patiently answered all questions, helped us close early! We were more than pleased with the services provided by Darrell and his team and the friendship they shared with us. Their commitment to excellence is evident in everything that they do. I would highly recommend Darrell and his team.

We had previously had our property listed with another agent and had limited activity with potential buyers. Darrell met with us and helped us compile a list of things to make the property for appealing. He took time to prepare a listing and photos that highlighted the positive aspects of the property. Within a week we had an acceptable offer on our property. It is never easy selling your parents estate, but Darrell and his wife made the whole process of selling as easy as possible. I've had the pleasure of working with Denise three times thus far and give her my highest recommendation.
