He earned our loyalty when he represented us as buyers, following up with the builder to fix an issue, long after the purchase. Rachel and I were so impressed, we decided Sean would represent us when it came time to sell. When selling, Sean knew the market, went out of his way to get the perfect pictures, discussed the right pricing, and followed through with communicating timely throughout the whole process.
