John has been our realtor for both of our houses. This past year we built a new house and sold our old one and needed to get both done in a very tight timeline so we didn’t have to rent or make arrangements to stay somewhere else until the house was finished. We also had a complication of a water main break weeks before listing which wasn’t going to be resolved before we had to get the house on the market. It was a very stressful time, and potentially could have ended up costing valuable time and considerable money if the process didn’t go smoothly. John was able to negotiate us a deal to sell our house for a considerable profit, and was able to get it so we closed on the sale of our house on the same day we signed on our new house. He was always available to keep us in the loop during this process, I can’t say I wasn’t very nervous but he came through with flying colors. He did it for us and can do it for you.

We have been partners with them several times to both buy and sells our homes. Each time we have utilized their services it has been a joy to know our homes have been in great hands. During this go around Darrell prepared us with a detailed report of our home against similar properties that have sold in our neighborhood.
