Brian is always willing and ready to help; selflessly I might add. Our recent example was during our home refinancing when our bank's valuation company submitted a low valuation of our home and it was clear that they had not taken into consideration a number of recent home sales and therefore deflated our home's value. I reached out to Brian to get his opinion and without any self interest in our refinancing efforts, Brian was quick to help. Armed with the additional facts he provided, it was clear to the banking officer that the initial valuation was deficient and we were able to submit a successful rebuttal. Thanks Agent B!
