I have worked with Tracy Mckleroy for the past several years and found her to be very professional, responsive, courteous, pleasant, and attentive to my needs as a buyer and also as a seller. She has helped me successfully purchase and sell a few homes in the Jacksonville area and has always went out of her way to make this process a pleasant experience. She always responds promptly to any questions I may have and has excellent follow up and follow through skills. If she does not have the answer--she will quickly research the problem and get back with me promptly. I also like that she keeps us informed of where we are in the buying/selling process and the steps that are still needed to complete the process.
