I used Craig for both the sale of my old home and the purchase of my new home. He was extremely easy to work with and very helpful, answering any and all questions I had. His suggested listing price attracted multiple buyers quickly which led to a "highest and best" situation which ultimately led to me selling my home for significantly higher than I had originally hoped. We stumbled upon Jim when we were looking to buy out first house. Unlike many of the other realtors we spoke with, Jim was very laid-back and willing to listen to what we wanted. He never tried to upsell us or get us to take on a larger loan. When we had to move and sell our house, we got back in contact with Jim, who remembered us and was incredibly helpful in getting us the full value of our home. Just like the buying process, the selling process with Jim was very quick and easy. We wish Jim bought and sold homes in our new state, because the buying process here has been difficult without his knowledge and ability.

It was an absolute pleasure to have Jorel Kilcullen represent me and my wife as our realtor. After roughly a year of looking for a home and having a multitude of different realtors, we had the pleasure of meeting Jorel. Jorel worked with us for over a year to find the right home that met our budget and exceeded my and my wife’s expectations. Jorel took the time to get to know us and our growing family’s needs. Once we found our home, Jorel took a strong and proactive approach to listing our condo to sell it fast in a slow realty market so we would not lose our dream home. Through Jorel’s recommendations we were able to find all the contacts we needed for the buying and selling process (attorneys, inspectors, etc.). Jorel was even able to recommend what internet company to use in town as we were moving from out of town. I personally work in the financial industry and interact with dozens of realtors on a daily basis and I can personally say that if the opportunity arises that I would recommend Jorel to any of my clientele.
