Our experience working with Barbara was superlative. She is extremely well versed in all aspects of real estate, an expert in the regions she works in and committed to providing complete satisfaction. She is a professional who takes the time to understand in detail her clients needs. She was our agent when we first moved to California several years ago and found us the new house we wanted, in the right location at the right price, in spite of making a low commission on a new construction sale. She also, on her own time, found us temporary housing while our home was being built. When the time came to sell this house on Camino Robledo, we naturally called Barbara. She gave us excellent advice on how to prepare the house for the sale and found us a buyer we were happy with. We then engaged her to find us our next home - this task included where to relocate, and with specific requirements for the type of house we wanted. She delivered for us yet again, finding exactly what we wanted, and again, on her own time helping us find temporary housing during during our search and construction. Barbara really went out of her way to provide us counsel, advice and encouragement throughout the process of selling our house and finding and buying a new one. We are thankful to have been fortunate enough to work with her.

I was I referred to Brenda by a friends husband who’s family and himself used her to purchase their homes. I am so glad we went with her! Brenda was amazing to work with! She is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. She was fast at answering my calls and questions. We started our home buying process over seas and she was very helpful and patient with us when it came to what we wanted from a home and sending us listings. When we got back to the States she was ready to show us homes right away. She made the home buying processes easy and comfortable. Would recommend Brenda to anyone looking for a home! Barbara DuDeck walked us through a very complicated real estate market, found us an amazing home, negotiated the purchase, further negotiated several "deal-sweeteners," and completed the escrow process. She has also been very helpful post-purchase. Barbara answered the phone, immediately responded to emails/texts, and stayed in constant communication. Mike Safiedine’s invaluable knowledge of how the real estate world operates is clear from your initial conversation. Mike knows the ins and outs of the entire transaction process and he puts this knowledge, experience and his charisma to work on your behalf. I was excited to purchase my first home but I was scared because it was such a big purchase and I wanted to make the right choice. Mike explained the entire process, how it works and the steps we would take. Mike made sure that before an offer was made on a home he did an in depth review, analysis and research on the home and the area it was in. He took the time to address all my questions, comments and concerns and kept me informed every step of the way. (I’ve never met someone so responsiveness). When we were ready to put an offer, Mike made contact with the sellers agent and made a good impression. He has a personality that you can’t help but be attracted to and this helped make our offer stand out. After the acceptance of our offer, Mike was diligent in ensuring we used a detailed private inspector and that the inspection was timely. If that wasn’t enough, mike was able to negotiate a credit to our sale when we thought it was impossible. The rest of the process was smooth and Mike ensured that any bumps were handled timely and smoothed out to ensure a closing right on time. After working with Mike, it’s clear that he isn’t successful in the real estate industry simply because he is good at what he does — it’s because he is the BEST at what he does.
