So many to chose from that it can be quite daunting. Even combing through reviews is exhausting because everyone has their own perspective. You never know who is stretching the truth or always see/voice the bad. But, we heard of Rick through family and the reviews backed up what we personally heard. Rick had double the work with my husband being in town and me and the rest of the family in another state. He handled it effortlessly. I don't easily trust anyone when I’m making purchases and this is the biggest purchase of our lives. Rick was there every step of the way to guide us in making our long time dream come true. It was as if he was along time family member doing us a favor and helping us out. We are so grateful he worked with us. He’s down to earth, honest and never pushy. His experience and knowledge in the real estate world is invaluable. Don’t pass him by and use another agent.

Romeo is the best local realtor to the Waverly area. I have used him to buy a house and sell two. He is very knowledgeable and educated in real estate. If he does not have the answer he will get you one. Goes above and beyond for his clients. Both the buying and selling processes that I have worked with Romeo on were easy and quick.
