Rick has been the FAMILY RELATOR for over 30 years!!!! We all love him because goes above and beyond just selling a house. He offers his help in numerous ways....to many to mention here. In addition, to some of us it's important that he's a Christion.

Excellent!
Rick Bauer sold my mom's house in 3 wwwka! I flew in from CA, spent 2 days in Waterloo. The house was listed before I left with 38 interested viewers. I got a total of 6 very good offers and was very happy that the buyer selected was not an investor. Rick was professional, knowledgeable, trusrworthy and kind. Most importantly, he is a man of integrity! I highly recommend him!

Rick makes selling a smooth process
Don't try to sell your house by yourself. There is too much to keep track of and everything needs to be done in a timely manner.
